    Processing & Delivery Time

    Standard order processing time: 5–8 business days before dispatch (including IGT unit inspection, outdoor kitchen accessory assembly, packaging). Customized orders may require additional 2–3 business days for processing.

    We provide two shipping methods:

    • Standard Shipping: 10–18 business days (delivery times are estimates, not guarantees)
    • Priority Shipping: 8–15 business days (delivery times are estimates, not guarantees)

    Please note that production and delivery time may be extended during holidays or peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, camping peak season) due to high order volume and logistics delays. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

    Shipping Fee

    Shipping cost is calculated based on product size, weight (IGT units and outdoor kitchen accessories vary in weight by size), destination country and shipping method. The exact shipping fee will be displayed automatically after you enter your delivery address in the shopping cart or checkout page. Free shipping may be available for orders meeting a minimum purchase amount (as indicated on the website).

    Shipping Notification & Tracking

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to be updated in the carrier system. Delivery time may be affected by bad weather, customs clearance delays or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

    International Shipping

    We support worldwide international shipping. All prices on our website are displayed in USD; your payment will be automatically converted to your local currency by your card issuer. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Shipping Restrictions

    • We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses and university dormitories.
    • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer than standard transit time.
    • Expedited shipping is unavailable for PO Box addresses.
    • Overnight shipping service is not provided.
    • No address or destination country modification is allowed after the order has been shipped.
