    Return & Refund Policy

    Wrong Item or Quality Issue

    If you receive incorrect items or IGT-related products with quality defects (e.g., damaged IGT panels, ill-fitting IGT inserts, broken outdoor kitchen accessories), please contact our customer service. We will arrange a full refund or free replacement according to your preference.

    Order & Address Modification

    If you need to return, exchange or modify your order (including customized IGT orders), please send us an email with your order number in the subject line and detailed requirements in the content. We will respond to you within 2 business days.

    You may change your shipping address only before your order leaves our warehouse. Once dispatched, address modification is no longer available.

    Product Image Disclaimer

    We strive to ensure all product photos and descriptions (including IGT unit sizes, material details, outdoor kitchen accessory specifications) are accurate. However, slight color differences may occur due to different screen resolutions, and minor differences in product texture may exist due to production batches. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights.

    Order Cancellation Rules

    Most of our IGT orders are customized products (e.g., personalized IGT panels, custom outdoor kitchen accessories).

    • Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours after placement.
    • Once production has started (including IGT panel processing, accessory customization, product assembly), cancellation will incur a 30% restocking fee per item. We will confirm the production status with you before applying the fee.
    • If the order has already been shipped, you may contact us to attempt delivery intercept; interception is not guaranteed, and any related fees will be borne by the customer.

    Refund Rules

    All refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus shipping costs and customized item discounts (except for our shipping errors or product quality issues). Refunds for quality-related issues will include all associated shipping costs.

    After your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, and one additional billing cycle to show on your bank statement. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

    Exchange & Return Scope

    Customized personalized items (e.g., custom-printed IGT panels, personalized outdoor kitchen accessories) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

    The following situations are not covered by our return policy:

    • Damage caused by improper use, mishandling or lack of maintenance (e.g., broken IGT panels due to improper installation, lost outdoor kitchen accessory parts)
    • Returns due to personal preference or change of mind (e.g., dislike of IGT color, change of outdoor camping setup plan)
    • Custom exclusive products without quality problems (e.g., custom IGT units made according to your requirements)

    Return Requirements

    • All original packaging and accessories (e.g., IGT unit boxes, product instruction manuals, accessory bags) must be complete and undamaged.
    • Opened or damaged customized products (e.g., custom-printed IGT panels with scratches, disassembled non-defective outdoor kitchen accessories) are not eligible for return, unless damaged upon receipt.
    • Returns without original packaging will be rejected. Please contact customer service before returning to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.

    Return Shipping Fee

    • If the return is caused by our error (wrong item / quality defect), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.
    • For personal reason returns, all return freight and customs duties shall be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent by the customer.
